Refund policy

If you would like to return your item please contact us at sales@halfcourttrap.co and we’ll be happy to provide you with a store credit in the form of a gift card.
State your name, order number and the reason for your return. This must be within 7 days of receiving the items.

We will provide you with the returns address and further details. 

We cannot accept returns on:
-Items purchased on a sale or with a discount code
-Worn or used items
-Items without their original packaging or tags

We recommend getting a tracking number when you post your return as we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. Store credit will be valid for 12 months.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and images of the faulty item.

*unless the item is faulty, postage is paid by the customer.
